His real name is Israel Montenegro, born in Torreón, Coahuila, México. In 2006 he begins his career as a DJ and also as a producer. In 2008 he releases projects under the "Montenegro" name with the following labels: Music Xpress (Uruguay), Technical Deejays (Colombia), Beatwork Records/Act72 Records/ Elettrika Records (Italy). On these projects Montenegro shows his characteristyc Electro and Techno style. In mid 2008 he launches his own label Montenegro Recordings. Digital label available on Beatport.com & JunoDownload, etc. the label supports independent electronic musical talents of 120-132 BPM (electronic genres). MNR Focus on genres such as techno / Tech house / minimal / progressive / experimental electronic music; Montenegro brings his own vision and perception of music into the label’s sound, always looking for fresh underground talents. The label is a home for both - established producers and new coming talents, who share the same musical tastes and bring the unique and fresh tunes for djs and dance scene lovers around the globe. Israel has played with talents such as Lee Burridge (Creel Fest 3), Andrew K, Tini Tun Chris Fortier, Gabriel Sordo, Pop Stream, Marcos Barrera, Jibran Llaca, Sebastian Recio, Josta, Tone 15. His production style is a mix of Techno/Tech House/Progressive/Electro. Always with an experimental approach. His DJ Set is a mix of different genres such as Techno/Tech house/Progressive, with a singular style that characterizes Montenegro.
